Do work that changes lives — including your own.

EPS is growing fast, and we're actively hiring people who believe employment support can transform a family, a household, and a community. If that's you, we should talk.

Life at EPS

What makes this place different.

Three reasons the right people find EPS deeply rewarding — and three reasons the wrong ones don't.

01

Real impact, every week.

You'll see the results of your work in real time — someone lands their first job, finishes their GED, or moves off benefits. This isn't back-office nonprofit work. It's direct, human, and it matters.

02

Room to grow.

As a young organization, we're building roles around the people we hire — not the other way around. Bring transferable skills and you'll shape what your position looks like three years from now.

03

Culture of respect.

Our participants deserve dignity. So do our staff. We invest in professional development, listen when people push back, and make room for the whole person — including the one who shows up outside work hours.
