Section 1 — Our Story
Why EmpowerPath Solutions exists.
Everyone deserves work that provides dignity, stability, and a real path forward — not just a paycheck.
— Karen, Executive Director, EPS
Sister to a program that changes lives.
EmpowerPath Solutions (EPS) grew out of the work of Futures Unlimited Community Integration Services (FUCIS) — a Southern California for-profit that has spent years helping Regional Center consumers gain employment, build community connections, and live more independent lives.
While FUCIS continues its mission with disability services, we saw a growing need to serve a broader group: individuals on CalWORKs required to participate in welfare-to-work, adults facing SNAP employment and training mandates, and members of the general public looking for real support in their job search.
At the same time, Regional Center consumers exercising the Self-Determination Program deserved access to the same high-quality employment services in a setting they could choose freely.
So we built EPS — a sister organization with the same proven model, expanded to serve everyone who walks through the door.
"You don't need to fit into our program. Our program will fit around you."
Section 2 — Mission, Vision, Values
What guides every decision we make.
Our Mission
To empower individuals through personalized employment support, skill-building, and community integration — creating pathways to sustainable careers and self-sufficient lives.
Our Vision
A Southern California where every adult — regardless of background, ability, or benefit status — has the coaching, training, and community connections needed to build the working life they choose for themselves.
Dignity First
We treat every participant as the expert on their own life — never as a case number.

Participants direct their own plans, timelines, and outcomes. We provide support — you set the course.
